She Won! & On His Own!

Tuesday, March 6, 2012 – An east county homeowner says all she was trying to do was protect her one-year-old baby, but her HOA said her baby gate didn't meet their standards. After she got threatened with fines, she appealed to the HOA board. And something really unusual happened… SHE WON! … AND… In one of the strangest cases I've ever seen, unfortunately we don't have good news. Kaiser Permanente has turned down the final appeal of a man who had his leg amputated at Kaiser Hospital last fall. He says they told him they'd pay for an artificial leg, then changed their mind… and left him ON HIS OWN!
