Sheriff’s Dept. asks for help solving cold case

The Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in obtaining leads to help locate a missing person last seen in 2009.

Mickey James Guidry was 16 years old when he was last seen in November of 2009. Mickey’s family says he was with friends at the Mobiland RV Park in Borrego Springs in the days before his disappearance. Mickey’s Jeep Grand Cherokee was found abandoned near Palomar Mountain.

The attached photos show Mickey when he was 15, and what he might look like today.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mickey James Guidry is asked to call the San Diego County Sheriff’s Homicide Detail at (858) 974-2321. Refer to Case Number: 09-073946.

You can also call the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477. A reward of up to $3,500 is being for information that may lead to Mickey’s whereabouts.
