Car hits three pedestrians

A car hit three pedestrians in front of Mount Miguel High School in Spring Valley. The high school is located at the intersection of Sweetwater Rd and Blossom Ln. Northbound Sweetwater Rd has been shut down and an ambulance is responding. Story developing..
