Sleeping Encanto man hit by bullets in home

SAN DIEGO (CNS) – Gang detectives Wednesday investigated a shooting in which a man sleeping in his house in Encanto was struck three times by bullets fired into his home through a window, authorities said.

The shooting at 600 63rd St. was reported at 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, said San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros. None of the 22-year-old victim’s three gunshot wounds were believed to be life-threatening, he said in a statement.
