Small-scale Target opens today in Ocean Beach after much debate

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – After years of debate and opposition, a small-scale target opens today in the middle of the laid-back community of Ocean Beach.

KUSI’s Dan Plante has been following the development from the beginning; he went down to the new Target in Ocean Beach for more.
