SoccerCity officials respond to misleading ads, website claims by SDSU

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – SDSU sent a letter to SoccerCity last week saying its website and ads were misleading voters, and wanted SoccerCity to put a disclaimer on its advertising.

SoccerCity’s response is the letter itself is a misrepresentation of the facts, and its ads are simply restating what the University has already said publicly. It’s facts have been vetted by the City Attorney and public documents from the University, SoccerCity officials added.

Bottom line is, all of these issues and what’s being said about them are open to interpretation by voters who will make the choice in November.
