SoccerCity opens campaign headquarters in Kearny Mesa

MISSION VALLEY (KUSI) – SoccerCity has opened its new campaign headquarters in Kearny Mesa.

It will run a multi-million dollar campaign in competition with SDSU West for control of the Mission Valley stadium site.

SoccerCity’s campaign will include reaching out to City of San Diego voters via text, email, knocking on doors in all neighborhoods, radio, and TV advertising. They will use all means available to educate voters about what is at stake.

This November, voters will make the final choice to choose the SoccerCity, SDSU West, or neither initiative.

KUSI’s Steve Bosh has the details.
