SR-163 and Friars Road off-ramp to close with new traffic signal

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Caltrans said they will be permanently closing the northbound SR-163 to eastbound Friars Road off-ramp and will activate a new traffic signal.

The off-ramp will permanently close Tuesday at 9 p.m. Beginning Wednesday at 5 a.m., all motorists will use the current northbound SR-163 to westbound Friars Road off-ramp.
