Suspect at large in drive-by shooting that left one man wounded

VISTA (KUSI) – Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a suspect in a drive-by shooting that happened in Vista today, a shooting they say is most likely gang-related.

It happened in broad daylight exactly a week from Christmas day in a vista residential neighborhood at the corner of Orange and Citrus.

Deputies say one man was shot in a drive-by shooting at high noon that results in a gun battle where as many as a dozen shots are exchanged between the drive-by shooter and the man who is shot.

Deputies say the shoot-out is most likely gang-related.
