Tuesday, August 20, 2013 – They called KUSI's Michael Turko when they found out about a school district project that just didn't make sense. Turko says it's a controversial new sign and be on the lookout, because they could start popping up all over town. Public schools are exempt from city zoning and neighborhood plan requirements.
