Monday, March 11, 2013 – A major new development tonight in a situation KUSI's Michael Turko first exposed last week. Turko says a lawsuit has now been filed to stop the Public Utilities Commission from holding a private meeting with local VIP's.

On another topic, an unusual traffic dispute we've been looking at since last December has finally been resolved. Turko's talking about another one of those traffic calming medians that seem to be sprouting up all over.
