Temperatures on the rise for San Diego
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) — High pressure over the area is causing a warming across the county, with temperatures increasing into the weekend before cooling begins.
A less extensive marine layer hangs over the coast but will clear about 10 a.m. Tuesday, making way for plenty of sunshine. An increase in onshore flow is causing higher humidity levels across the county.
The mountains will experience some high winds Tuesday with slight monsoon moisture.
Temperatures will continually increase until the weekend. By next week a cooling trend will begin.
Tuesday’s high temperatures are expected to be 75 degrees along the coast, 85 degrees inland, 83 degrees in the mountains and 108 for the deserts.
