SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The California State Games Ice Hockey Championships are happening now through February 17 with 97 teams from Canada, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Northern and Southern California competing for medals.

KUSI’s Kacey McKinnon was live at the San Diego Ice Arena getting details on the largest amateur sport festival in the state.

She also interviewed a few of the players!
