SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – In the last dozen years or more San Diego has continued to struggle with a housing crisis. 30 percent of moderate income residents still can’t afford rent, and 70 percent can’t afford to own a home. Plan after plan has called for unprecedented actions but we remain far short of what’s needed. KUSI’s Steve Bosh reports the City is still looking for solutions.
