SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant got a high profile visitor on Thursday.

The US Energy Secretary took a tour and talked about new efforts to move the nuclear wasted off the coast.

Slowly but surely the Nuclear Powerplant that has been sitting dormant for at least ten years is now being dismantled for better/different storage elsewhere.
