They Can’t Go Home!

Tuesday, August 13, 2013 – An elderly couple turned to KUSI's Michael Turko for help settling a homeowners insurance claim. Turko says they were forced out of their house over six months ago, with tragic results.

What we have here is an elderly couple who had a file in their garage. Firefighters put it out in a hurry, but the entire house suffered serious smoke damage, and they already had health problems. They had homeowners insurance with Travelers, but they say Travelers is ignoring the problem and they won't get to spend their final days in peace because they can't go home.
