They Gave Up!

Thursday, February 08, 2013 – A young couple called KUSI's Michael Turko when a home remodeling job went sideways during the permit process. Turko says the city blames the contractor and the contractor blames the city. Sierra Window Concepts say that's money they wasted trying to get a permit from the city. So once again, Turko invites the city's Development Services Department to appear right here on the Turko Files to tell us what went wrong.
