Things for parents to consider when thinking about sending their kids off to summer camps

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – While information regarding children and COVID-19 is still developing, summer is quickly approaching and for many kids that means summer camp.

The CDC has released guidelines on how youth and summer camps should conduct themselves, which is in much the same way as how K-12 schools conduct themselves safely.

Dr. Mona Hacker, Director at Horizon Clinical Research, joined KUSI’s Hunter Sowards to discuss safe summer camp guidelines for kids.
