Third staff member arrested for sexual misconduct at Mar Vista High School
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) — 4/19/2106 — A third teacher was arrested at Mar Vista High School for sexual misconduct with a minor in March, according to reports the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office released Wednesday.
Alejandro Rodriguez, 20, has been charged with four felony counts of oral copulation of a person under 18 years of age.

If convicted of all the charges, he faces up to five years in prison.
Rodriguez posted the $60,000 bail and is out of custody. He is reportedly being represented by a Public Defender.

He was arrested on March 9 and arraigned on March 11. The next court dates is a readiness hearing on May 3 and a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 26.
