CAPITOL HILL (KUSI) – Despite everything going on in the Middle East, the Impeachment Inquiry continues.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has yet to send the articles for the trial to begin, and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer says the senate still hasn’t set rules for the upcoming trial.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is urging the inquiry to go similarly to the Clinton impeachment.
Schumer aims to find more relevant documents and witnesses to stand trial, and meanwhile two GOP senators have expressed concerns with McConnell’s total coordination with the White House
