Thousands of Sweetwater Union High School District students to resume in-person learning

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Sweetwater Union High School District announced a little over 5,000 students have confirmed their return to in-person instruction on Monday, April 12.

They will welcome students who fall under Assembly Bill 86 which include students with disabilities, English language learners, foster and homeless youth, students at risk of abuse or neglect, students lacking digital access and disengaged students

The schools have prepared a great deal for this upcoming week and we would like to invite you to come out to one of our school sites.

Sweetwater Union High School District Interim Superintendent, Dr. Moises Aguirre, joined Good Evening San Diego to discuss in-person learning.
