Three ejected in a single-vehicle rollover near Palomar Mountain

PAUMA VALLEY (CNS) – Four people were injured and three were ejected in a single-vehicle rollover crash today in the Rancho Pauma area, a fire official said.

The crash was reported about 4:10 p.m. Sunday on State Route 76 just west of Red Gate Road in the Rancho Pauma area, about three miles southwest of Palomar Mountain, Cal Fire Battalion Chief Nick Schuler said.

Two of the victims were transported to local hospitals via medical helicopters, one on Mercy Air and the other on Reach Air, Schuler said. Two of the victims were transported to Sharp Memorial hospital by ambulance.
