Three Jack In The Box restaurants were robbed Sunday
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Three Jack In The Box restaurants were robbed Sunday by a man armed with a handgun.
The suspect was described as a mixed-race black man in his early 20s. He was reported wearing a black hooded jacket
At each store, the suspect walked in and showed employees the gun in his waistband, then demanded money.
Authorities said did not know how much cash was stolen.
the first robbery happened at 5 a.m. at 5155 College Ave. in College Heights. The second was at 6:25 a.m. at 6080 Mission Gorge Road in Grantville. The third occurred a few minutes later at 7425 Mission Gorge Road in Allied Gardens.
The suspect was seen running to a white sedan that looked like a Toyota Camry, police said.
No one was hurt during the robberies.
