Torrey Pines Youth football team finishes third in the country
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The Torrey Pines Pop Warner 12 & under (unlimited weight division) team finished third in the country!
This is the first time in the 27-year history of TPPW the 12-U Falcons with an undefeated record, earned their way to the 2019 National Pop Warner Super Bowl Championships, December 7-14th in Orlando, Florida.
The Falcons represented the entire western region in the 12u Age Only Bracket, and finished in third place!
The team is made up of boys from 7 different middle schools. They are making their incredible run with 17 of the 28 players never playing tackle football before.
