Tourism Marketing District’s demands denied in tentative ruling

A San Diego Superior Court judge has issued a tentative ruling that denies demands by the city's Tourism Marketing District to force Mayor Bob Filner to sign an operating agreement that would release administrative funds to the agency.

A final decision by Judge Timothy Taylor will come after oral arguments scheduled for TOMORROW at 1:30 p.m. in the San Diego Hall of Justice.
