Traveling 911 Memorial Painting

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Carlsbad artist Kelly Lucas painted a canvas which shows a grieving New York City firefighter amid the rubble of the Twin Towers on 9/11.

Wendy Moldow bought the painting and brought the it to Good Morning San Diego and discussed the process of painting the piece just days after the terrorist attacks in 2001.
