Trial of Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher has been postponed to May 31

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The trial involving Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher has been delayed while Judge, Capt. Aaron Rugh, reviews allegations of prosecutorial misconduct.   Defense attorneys discovered logos on emails from the prosecutor that contained cyber tracking devices.

The prosecutor, Commander Christopher Czaplak, admitted in court to spying on the defense. Defense attorneys may ask the Judge to dismiss all charges against Chief Gallagher. The trial is now scheduled for May 31st.
