Trump receives most donations of all 2020 presidential candidates from San Diego County residents

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – San Diego County residents have donated nearly $1.3 million to 2020 presidential candidates in 2019.

President Trump, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, and South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg received the most dollars from local San Diegans.

According to FCC data, President Trump’s campaign has received the most money from San Diegan’s with $353,569 in donations at this time. Buttegieg has received the second most with $222,457.
