Two arrested after reportedly throwing rocks at SDPD officers

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) — Two people were arrested Friday after allegedly throwing rocks at San Diego police officers downtown.

Police were called to 30th and Market Street shortly after 2:30 p.m, dispatchers said. Officers reported that someone was throwing rocks at them, according to the San Diego Police Department Watch Commander’s Office.

It was unclear why police originally responded to the location, or if anyone was injured.
