Two shot at Webster-area house party
SAN DIEGO (CNS) – Two men were wounded in an apparent gang-related shooting outside a house party in the Webster area of San Diego early Tuesday, police said.
The shooting at 4915 Elm St. was reported at 12:08 a.m., according to San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.
The men, ages 24 and 26, were fired upon while standing in the driveway area of the house where the party was being held, he said in a statement, adding that the shooter was an 18- to 30-year-old black man on foot, last seen wearing a striped polo shirt and jeans.
One of the victims was wounded in the foot and the other in the shoulder and leg, Delimitros said. None of the wounds were expected to be life threatening.
Gang detectives were investigating.
