Thursday, February 2, 2012 – KUSI'S Michael Turko has been investigating SDG&E's cozy relationship with the Public Utility Commission for over a year now. Tonight, Turko has information about a new power company proposal that could cost the ratepayers almost half a billion dollars.
What we have here is a little known Public Utility Commission case that could end up costing every SDG&E customer three to four hundred bucks. The power company wants to charge all of us for more wildfire damages, but they don't want to talk about it. And former city attorney Mike Aguirre says they'd like to keep this whole deal under wraps!
