Upcoming Paws and Pints Fundraiser

Jason Austell met with Sandie Lampe, Stephanie Coolidge, Hospital Administrator, and Danae Davis with the FACE Foundation, to discuss the upcoming fundraiser, Paws and Pints.

They also introduced Vander, a Maltese mix up for adoption.

This 5th annual fundraiser at The Lot in La Jolla will donate 100% of the proceeds to The FOCAS Program and The FACE Foundation. They will be fundraising through both silent and live auctions at the event, a raffle, and a wine grab. The auction items are all donated by local businesses in our community. There will also be a raffle with featured items such as San Diego Padres tickets and many other fun items donated by friends of all of their partners.

About La Jolla Veterinary Hospital:

La Jolla Veterinary Hospital is not only a very proud member of the La Jolla Community but also a very proud member of the animal welfare community in La Jolla, San Diego County and all of our surrounding communities. We are dedicated to helping animals become pets, improve the lives of animals that have yet to become someone’s family member and assist in keeping beloved furry family members in the home where they belong. Some of these animals dwell in local shelters, foster homes and unfortunately on the streets of San Diego County and counties beyond our city limits. All of our staff members work at La Jolla Veterinary Hospital because we share a passion for helping the helpless, caring for those who cannot express their pain or discomfort and loving the pets that so many people call their own. In 2014 we decided that the time had come to contribute more than we ever had to the pets that are not patients of ours and are not owned by our clients. It is time for us to step up to the plate and do what we can for the animal welfare community as a whole.  As a veterinary hospital and a member of our community, it is our responsibility to lead the way and to facilitate ways for our neighbors to better the lives of homeless animals and animals in need here in our community and beyond our borders
