Valhalla vs El Capitan

Week 8 in the books coming out on top is El Capitan over Valhalla with a 34-14 win. It seemed like a close game towards the end but El Capitan was determine to keep their undefeated season a float with a 7-0 record. With this lost it will knock the Norsemen to 3-4 record.

The El Capitan Vaqueros came of strong in the in the first half, Starting off with the first quarter starting off with a great possession 2014 Silver Pigskin Candidate Brad Cagle, whom the week before scored 6 TD’s, started great with a 38 yd. pass to running back Dj Smith which lead to 9 yd. run by running back Dj Smith. Going into the Second quarter Brad Cagle show us he’s not only a great passer but and amazing runner, the kid is a double threat, ending the game with 375yd.

The Valhalla Norsemen made a slow start the first half but came out strong in the second half with pass from quarterback Philip Naseh for a 6yd TD to wide receiver Julius Frazier making the score 21-7. The Vaqueros thought the had this game wrapped but the Norsemen still had some fight in them, with an amazing punt block by Logan Baken and fallen on by Troy Shemkee for TD making the score 21-14. We had a ball game on our hand folks!! But in the End The Norsemen couldn’t’t pull off the win.
