Vista Sheriff’s Department searching for missing 42-year-old who needs medical attention

VISTA (KUSI) — The Vista Sheriff’s Department Friday was asking the public to help locate a missing 42-year-old man who was in need of immediate medical attention.

Dakota Anding, 42, was reported missing Wednesday. He was last seen at the intersection of Melrose and Santa Fe around 11:30 p.m.

Anding is described as a tan white male, 6 feet tall and 152 pounds. He has blue/gray eyes and a dark beard. He also has a tribal tattoo on his left arm, black bat tattoos on his upper arm, a surf tattoo on his left wrist and an alien tattoo on his right arm.

He was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a black zippered jacket.
