Water Bill Rip-off, It Ain’t Right!
Thursday, February 20, 2014 – He called KUSI's Michael Turko when he got a water bill from the San Diego Utility Department that's hard to believe. Turko says only a tiny fraction of that bill was for water but he still has to pay over a hundred bucks in fees.
