Water-Logged!

Wednesday, May 16, 2012 – The owner of a popular dance school called KUSI's Michael Turko about a nasty dispute with her landlord. Turko says the landlord was the State Department of Transportation, better known as CALTRANS. 

    CALTRANS says they acted as a responsible landlord, and promptly responded to all of the dance academy's complaints. They don't believe their construction caused the groundwater problem.
