Webster 99 cent store robbed at gunpoint

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – San Diego police Wednesday sought a man who robbed a Webster-area 99 cent store at gunpoint.

The robber escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash from the discount retailer in the 4700 block of Federal Boulevard, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said. He was last seen around 4:40 p.m. Tuesday as he ran toward 47th Street.

Police described the suspect as Hispanic, and roughly 5 feet 6 with a medium build and a shaved head. He was wearing a blue AT&T shirt, jeans and black glasses.
