What’s ahead for California?

It’s a busy time of year in Sacramento.  Lawmakers are working on implementing the new laws for the new year, and Friday was also the first day for those living illegally in the U.S. to apply for driver’s licenses in California, and it’s creating a lot of extra work for the DMV.  Additionally, tuition costs are rising for the University of California system. Meanwhile, Democrats still hold a large majority in the state assembly.  Assembly Speaker Toni Atkins joined us on the KUSI News at Five to talk about what it all means.
