Monday, March 23, 2015 – A county supervisor is now looking into a soggy mess exposed last week by KUSI’s Michael Turko. Turko says a state highway dumps tons of storm water run-off into an East County man’s yard. Last week Turko showed you how hard it can be to get a city permit for a new business. When he contacted development officials, they had some suggestions for people just getting started.
