Will SDSU pay fair market value for the Mission Valley stadium site?

MISSION VALLEY (KUSI) – On election day, San Diego voters gave San Diego State University the opportunity to expand its campus on the Mission Valley site. The next step is a negotiation to determine the price to be paid for the land, along with anything that could reduce that price, like tearing down the stadium if that’s part of the deal.
