Winning Powerball ticket sold in San Diego remains unclaimed

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) — Whoever bought the winning $1.5 million lottery ticket at a Midway convenience store now has 180 days to claim the prize, Powerball
representatives said.

The unidentified winner bought the ticket at a 7-Eleven at 2387 Midway Drive. That retailer will receive a check for $7,564 just for selling the winning ticket, according to lottery officials.

The Wednesday night drawing showed the ticket matched five of the six winning numbers: 7, 32, 41, 47 and 61. However, the ticket missed the winning Powerball number, which was 3.

Because there was no jackpot winner Wednesday, Saturday’s Powerball jackpot now stands at $403 million.
