Monday, February 4, 2013 – A jobless veteran called KUSI's Michael Turko when no one else seemed to care. But Turko says all of us should be concerned about what he found in a dumpster. It's also a serious violation of state and federal law. Turko got Dr. Edward J. Ahn on the phone.
