Woman pronounced dead on scene of National City car wreck

NATIONAL CITY (KUSI) – A 26-year-old woman was pronounced dead on the scene of a fatal car crash in National City. The driver was speeding through surface streets, according to witnesses, and blew through a red light on Ring Rd. prior to the fatal accident.
